It primarily depends on if you are the original owner or have the owner's apple account information. If so, we have a high rate of success. If it is a locked phone that was purchased and you do not have any original owner information, it can be very difficult or impossible. I used to be a trainer for Apple's support team so my crew has an edge. If you wish, bring it by and we can see what we are up against.
I paid $27 dollars for them to check and diagnose my tablet/laptop that I could not get turned on, they reset back to factory default and it runs like new, that was all included in the $27 dollars so I am so very pleased.
