I do believe that it was a couple right across from the restaurant.

While there are steps one side of the entrance is level with the sidewalk.

The garage nearby is the closest parking, aside from street parking on Nationwide Blvd.

I have not seen any personally. There is usually street parking fairly close (unless its a busy time like a blue jackets game). I am not sure honestly if there entrance has a handicap ramp though. It does have a step down. Might be best to call to confirm if its a concern
