I had an ok visit overall. Dr was nice and the staff up front checking me in was very nice. But my reason for the one star review was because of one person. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I heard someone talking to those nice girls up front in such a hateful way. I thought it was another patient, so I tried to listen because I would have stepped in. It was my surprise when it was another coworker talking like that. I don't know if she's a boss, I am almost positive they called her Amanda. She was telling someone that she is sick of them being lazy and trying to make excuses. She kept on for TOO long berating those poor girls. The way she said it was condescending and disrespectful. They tried to respond and she would cut them off. I can not believe anyone would talk to a coworker like that, let alone in front of patients. If I hadn't liked my dr, I'd have never come back. You guys need to do something about her. I will definitely be reporting her also.

The staff is wonderful Dr is great. They return my calls with answers within 24 hrs

Riverside is the way to go and I would recommend the ground level OBGYN. They have a team of educated, understanding, compassionate individuals and I trust them. Mrs. Prasad is who I regularly see when I go in for my prenatal visits, she is wonderful. I never have a long wait and my visits are never rushed. Five stars from me.

I had 3 kids in Taxes and the fourth one in Ohio in this place they are the worse doctors and nurses They treat there dogs better than they treat there pregnants ladies They give appointment in time and the doctor come to see u After 3 hours where I’m lockdown in the room they never think that this patient lady have kids waiting in school or other responsibilities they make us waiting all day long in the room I never met any real doctor there they all still students ??? And every visit u see different student that they call a doctor!! They don’t care if u are emotionally hurt or in pain and they don’t care about woman health or her baby All they do it’s to make there day of work running so they make more money They should investigate this place make real doctors work there not a student Coz there 2 life’s the woman and her baby
