The majority of jails will not give you methadone unless you are pregnant. They will give you comfort meds while you detox off the methadone.
They absolutely dose you at the Franklin county jail at least Jackson Pike does I know. It doesn't matter if you are a patient at Comp drug community medical med Mark whoever you will get dose at the county jail. All you do is tell the intake officers that you are a patient at whatever methadone clinic there in the city they will give you a drug assessment and they will send that assessment over to community medical who will then send the information onto who whatever clinic you are a patient of if you are not a patient of community medical. And it goes very fast from what I'm told all the medical staff at comp drug have assured me of this because I have court this month and I have been very nervous that I might have to do 30 days and we all know how much help that would be.

I've been told by several people at cms that you will get your regular dose if you go to county and I assume jackson pike as well, as far as I know this became policy after a few people died is county jail in cleveland as a result of withdrawals, this resulted in a huge lawsuit for ohio
