I'll start off by saying that this place has totally went down hill in the past 2 years. I've been here for 10 years total it's never been like it is now it's all about money that's all they care about. They tell you one thing to your face and then totally turn around and lie. PLEASE look elsewhere I wouldn't recommend anyone here and I wouldn't even give it a1star if I didn't have to!!

They may take half now and then when you bring the rest they will give you your prescription or yea they will reschedule you for Friday
Clinic 5 DOES TAKE INSURANCE just an FYI but it only pays fot your drug tests you still have to pay the 200 dollars.
Yes you take the sub after you start to feel bad
3 or more hours bc that's about how long it takes for a normal appointment.
Yes they accept care source but only for labs and whatnot you pay 200 every appointment.
