Call and talk to them. They will plan whatever you wish. Music events are often spectacular, usually with 3 courses. Explained on the website. Highly, so highly recommended.
Depends on the occasion. I would recommend signing up for their email updates in order to receive information about different events. Otherwise, it's similar to any restaurant and you can order as much or little as you like. They also have a 3 course (I believe it's 3 course) bistro menu in the bar for a reasonable price... I think it's $35.
For Dine Originals week there are three courses. Other events vary, for example Valentine's Day is a five course special menu. A standard evening is as many courses one would order similar to any dining location.

It really varies, depending on what you want and whether it's a special event. Always amazing, though. It's our favorite place, and we celebrate most of our special occasions here - including our anniversary, which we already have reservations for this Friday! 😀
It depends on what you order. Refectory is a five star restaurant. It has an outstanding menu with amazing management. You will be impressed.
You can order off the menu whatever you want, but a negative thing is that for all of their special events, it is a fixed menu and dessert is always included, whether you want it or not -- and their events are expensive. The extra $10 or so for poisin is very negative.
