Can they scan tickets off of a phone for an event? When I called no one knew the answer

Generally registration and payment must be verified, before entering an event. Then badges with the credential for the event are placed in a plastic ID badge with a lanyard and you wear that badge during the event to receive access.

I would think so, however I would print them and have with you incase there's any issues.
