It's a very nice large place. Good for party's or most other activities, an parking is good.
.....the opera house is in the bayview hunters point neighborhood......there are no hotels in the immediate vicinity......the closest hotels are a few miles down on king street/soma neighborhood........

I get a hotel downtown because there are no good hotels near the Bayview Opera House, but it's accessible by public transportation from downtown
