The view is beautiful. Especially during a good sunset. Was shown the area by a friend and we took some pictures. Friend made a reservation for us in the winery restaurant which was really good. We shared some food, and had good drinks. And all this to celebrate all our birthdays

I visited for a Google Food for Thought event. Great new meeting space they have on the pier. Super high tech facility and I enjoyed the sessions. Plus, the views of the river and downtown Manhattan didn’t disappoint as a bonus.

Can park in Chelsea piers

When did this Pier cease to exist as a berth for US LInes cargo ships. My fathers office was at the foot of the Pier up until around 1969 when my dad closed it down after my brother was killed in Viet Nam July 2 1967/
