The hospital told me i needed a FIVE digit code & when I called this facility they told me it is a FOUR digit code?? What is the meaning of this? How am I supposed to get in contact with my loved one. They dont seem like they want to help me.

Lolita I used to be a patient there I had to give the nurse a 4 digit code to give to my wife so when she calls to check on me the nurse can talk to her yeah its only a 4 digit code

Tell the patient to ask a nurse to give them there code and from thete the patient should call you with that info.if they are not in conditions usually you can ask the nurse on duty to relay your code to your love one
