Came here for a brazillian wax. The wax looks good but my service provider appeared to be mad. She didn't smile, didn't talk, and didn't apply pressure while waxing me. I asked her why she didn't apply pressure. She says that she only does it by request only. I've never experienced this however, she did apply pressure after I has asked. Entering the room, there wasn't any chairs to sit on or to store my items. The service provider just came in and watched me get undressed. I get that they are going to look at your private parts while providing the service but standing there while I get undressed is a little uncomfortable. That compiled with me having to stand while taking off my shoes and get undressed is just a NO for me. It feels unsettling and rushed! Sigh!

I blow dried my hair with Karla. She did an amazing job!!! Came out perfect. I have very curly hair and I am very picky but she outdid my expectations!!! Recommend her 100000%. Loved it 😻
