I have always sent a box to Honduras at Christmas, both in 2020 I sent one and they opened it and stole several things, I decided to give it a second chance in 2021 and the same thing happened they opened and stole some of the best things 😡 after two years I called customer service and they did nothing, it remained under investigation and it does not answer how a responsible company should do it.
