I agree with Neil, I always prefer to go inside any restaurant when possible. It seems to go faster no matter what the place. Sorry for your wait, it is tough for small business to always estimate traffic. One thing I do know is they make really good sandwiches. We go there often because of the quality of the meats they use. Used to go to Subway and then after I was introduced to Mr Pickles I never looked back.
Never use the drive thru.
I have also been there around that time, it was slow not bad, school was also in I think that plays a factor, for longer waits everywhere, in town today.
