Can't make a profit without making sales...just saying...haha. If they sell $30 worth of food every 30 min due to snail service, figure 10% profit over their cost for food, minus 5 employees with manager that average $9-10/hr labor costs have to be deep in the red. Location would cost as far as a lease so franchisee better scramble to improve or the doors will close forever.
Your statement make no since. "The last time I drive by here every day" make no since and also the drive thru there doesn't close till 12 at night so unless they where doing some kind of store maintenance then your just having a fit for lack of patience on your part. Try to go to something more then once also because all food places have there off days. Also commenting on your own post makes you look like a jerk
Very true, honestly that's the worst Wendy's I've been too and usually Wendy's is one of the fewer low end fast food joints I don't despise. Surprisingly I posted a pic of a sad excuse for a burger and Wendy's actually commented on it saying they'll forward it through the chain, if it actually gets done is a mystery but you could try ragging on them online, that might do something .
