I went there around 5:00pm So when I started ordering my food the manager said “oh that’s too much” but if I’m spending my money there I expected it to be to my liking. They also left some items off of my order and when I said something about it She started a fuss. She is very unprofessional!!! And I will not be visiting this location again. She don’t deserve a job in fast food AT ALL. She was very ignorant and didn’t have a problem showing it. AND AT THAT LOCATION YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS IF U CONTINUE TO HAVE THIS PERSON AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! She is showing the team members that it is ok to go off on every customers that comes through the drive through. And to say I use to love this location.

10pm but they were to busy smoking in the front lobby to pay attention and the manager allowed them to close early from what I can see

Most likely they are understaffed, and for the order box situation. It depends on the car position. If the car not up enough then the car behind can't reach the order box.
