I go to this Wendy's at least once a week to get a salad for lunch. I always request an extra dressing and packet of pecans. I have always been given them without any problems. When I went there on Monday, I waited in line for 30 minutes. When I got to the window and again, requested the extra dressing and pecans, a very rude crew member told me it would be 50 cents. I have gotten this same thing from Wendy's all over Louisiana, and I have never had to pay extra. When I said this, she said they have to keep count of everything. I said last week I wasn't charged anything. She had such a nasty attitude. I asked her name, and she handed me the extras. I said I still needed her name. She said why, since she hadn't charged me. I don't know what her problem was. I know what she said wasn't true. I've never had any problems at that Wendy's before, but I'll never go there again. She needs to be fired for whatever scam she's running.

Drive through card machine was down and as I was trying to find a way to ensure they got their money and I got my food either by coming inside to try another card machine or going next door to grab some cash, one of the ladies working the drive through enters the conversation rudely, doesn’t understand what I’m trying to say, and is rude in all fairness. She eventually closes the door while I’m mid sentence while telling me to get out of here. Usually this is a spot filled with nice, chill people, but this one situation makes me not want to go there anymore.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER… I’m getting a lawyer for these ghetto class-less hood rat wenches working in this Wendy’s. The manager is the worst. Had her daughter at work with her to start off. She was aggravated with her child first off, you should of had a babysitter for work. Second off, they wanna charge you for everything lil thing. Baby when I say these Broads in here so ghetto. Straight Calliope projects. Me and my husband had a terrible experience today The manager and her weak links came follow me to my car. Left the store. Said they wanted to fight. WELL MEET ME OUTSIDE THEN I told the manager. She was scary!!! Kept looking for her workers to save her. I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s to my worst enemy. The whoes* so miserable they have to take orders, be in the heat, flip burgers, shake fry baskets, bring they kids to work, wear matted up wigs, can’t wear they real hair, can’t pay they rent, can’t get they nails done & gotta catch the RTA… STAY AWAY. I ADVISE YOU. YOU MIGHT GET KILLED IN THIS WENDYS.

I think I understand why the staff was rude today. I’m under the impression they aren’t getting support from management. I went through the drive through today and I noticed when I got my food and drinks there wasn’t a straw. When I asked for one, I got yelled at. They were out of straws. Not a big deal, could have just said that but I have the feeling they were sick of having to tell every customer… over and over that they weren’t properly supplied. Hope they work it out.
