Yes they do
Yeah
That reminds me of a story i once heard from this 6'9" guy I met while buying metal dryer exhaust vent pipes to replace the soft flexible kind my house's previous owners had venting straight into the dirt in the crawlspace under the house. I was thinking, initially, this was how squirrels kept getting in the house, but on closer inspection, it seemed the point of entry was a poor ethernet wiring job where someone didn't seal properly a hole they cut through the subfloor. I had noticed this while having some subfloor cut out and replaced due to rotting that was so bad the laminate flooring was all there was holding up my weight. I really didn't give that flooring the credit it deserved for hanging in. In retrospect, you get what you pay for when you get a deal in real estate. My neighbors still think i have one of the best built homes on the block. I guess it was just the worst maintained. If family didn't all live in the area i think we would've looked in arkansas. It's been rough....
