How does a working person use the dog park during the week? Could the hours be extended until 1/2 hour before sunset?

Currently the hours are 7-7 everyday except monday. They are usually pretty strict about the hours. Sometimes they even close 10 min early. After 7, it's dark out so most people are gone anyway. There are, surprisingly, a lot of people there around 7:30 every morning
