Yes, there is a skate pavilion near the center of the park. I wish we could add photos to these answers so I could show where it is but it's between the Concert Meadow and Snack Stand (across from the soccer fields). Hope this helps!
Cant ride bikes or roller skate on the walking path
They have concrete that goes around the park and ppl walk, ride their bike, walk their dog and skate on it
