Why are they so rude? The dispatcher as well as the drivers, never again will I use their cab service.

They rude and want to over charged, I only used them cause is the closest cab but nothing good at all

Well I've never had a problem of any kind with them, but you can always report them to the New York better business bureau, and file a detailed complaint against them.
