The nurse I had was awesome but the doctors were mediocre at best and terribly pompous. The wait time was horrendous (3hrs) and they prioritize age over urgency of the condition. They put me on delaudid and THEN proceeded to ask me questions when I could barely function and I had told them that I was extremely sensitive to opiates. Millard Fillmore Suburban was way better, which is a shame because Kenmore Mercy is literally right down the road from where I live and work.
Horrible waiting experience. Still waiting after 9 hours just for antibiotics.
Yuppppp I had a bad experience on 23. A NURSE had EMT intrainng do my IV I knew right away itnwas gonna ne bad bc she was visibly shaking.. I asked how many she's done, she replied, only a few. She didnt get it so the nurse took it out did it correctly. Now when I was being discharged is when it gets good..... the emt in training taken it out...so far so good... put a gauze and tsp on immediately no preasure good thing I didnt get dressed bc about oh 30 seconds later I look dark think blood is pouring down my arm..then IT SQUIRTS!!!!!! I watched it squirt too times as my heart beat!!! I was horrified and asked for OJ immediately and said I'm glad I didnt put my.good fleece on!! I mean what was I supposed to say we off to start somewhere but it was not pleasant my whole visit just wasn't good it never is good I just want because I thought I had bronchitis ... good luck anyone at kmh.idk why I keep going Marbury bc its close or bc I think they will get better.
