I had a appointment with the Dental department I made the Appointment 2 weeks ago for today and they called me yesterday to remind me of my Appointment well when I got there this morning they said I had no appointment said they don’t except my insurance but when I called the woman on they phone she took down all my information and said they accepted my insurance they women in the office had no clue what their job is could not help me at all the supervisor of the office was very rude told me they don’t accept my insurance belittle me very nasty told me to go somewhere else she actually told me the women that work I’m the office has no acknowledge on Dental or working with insurance companies they just answer the phone I reported them to the Administrator I would not even take my Rat there if they don’t what’s going on in the office I wouldn’t want the dentists working on me horrible place only thing they did was waste my time I have never dealt with people so unprofessional in my life!!!! I give them o Stars
