Their theory is, "if you don't want to pay fees, than get a bank account". They are well aware that MOST ppl that need to use check cashing places CAN'T get a checking/savings account. The easiest ppl to hustle and take advantage of are the poor, and no one using a check cashing facility is LEGALLY wealthy 🤷🏽‍♀️ Myself, I'm just poor and owe the bank money, so unfortunately I have no choice but to pay astronomical fees at places like this.
