I have no issues with the hospital itself, however, as someone who works on Ocean Ave, having your employees smoke right on the corner in front of the hospital is gross. There's nothing more unprofessional than seeing people in scrubs smoking right in front of the hospital. Please find another place to have your employees smoke so the rest of us don't have to walk through clouds of smoke.

I have seizures all the time unfortunately. I live right down the road from y'all and everytime I end up going to the hospital y'all do such a great job. Everyones so nice. From the EMTs that pick me up in the ambulance to the nurses and doctors. I've never had a bad experience. Everyone's great. I feel like I'm in good hands for sure.

Ive requested an inhaler 5(edit like 10 times,no response not even a no just being ignored, and then theres no way to get help on the fact that im being ignored, feels like a punishment for not letting them run a d timer and give me an iv) times in two weeks after i was told i could do so since i dont have primary care, they put my husbands military status on my chart like its relevant to my lungs, repeatedly tried to get me to send my perscription somewhere else after my husband said the base, and kept trying to get me to accept a blood draw and iv after saying no 4 times when i was there because my bronchial tubes were closing from a cronic condition not a blood clot and thats just on my last visit, the one time i had to go without my husband, who they listen to more than me he condesended me made me feel like i was lying and sent me home, id rather just suffer

Took 5 days for a Dr to return my phone call only to tell me that my father is not going to make it and was very short with me. Cheryl at front desk tried to argue with me that my dad was not on hospice help and on a morphine drip instead of checking first. All while the other front desk man was telling her we were correct and she should give us our passes to go up. She made the biggest problem out of it as she possibly could. We were greeted by Linda Carter on the green floor #6 with a complete attitude that my family was not to use their lobby while we were taking turns to say our good byes. Room constantly smelled bad and the nurses response was that they were understaffed working 8 patients per nurse and working 3 shifts at a time. This made no since as there were 10 nurses standing around chatting all the time at their station. Going to ask a question at nurses station they would see me standing their and continue to chat and were annoyed that we had any questions. I feel terrible that my father and my family were treated this way. As soon as we were done saying good bye the nurse wanted to know who to call for the cremation. We provided name of company and number which hospice recommended. That was around 11am, at 10pm we called cremation company only to find out they never even called.
