So far our appetizer (fried pickles) came out in less then 5 minutes and was her and fresh.
I was there last week late in the evening. Food was hot and fresh.
I've been there several times while visiting family there and it's been really AWESOME every time!
I don't know what changed in the last year buy they are not as good as they used to be.
No one in my party has ever had cold food. If we did, we would send it back. I have been there on nights when the service is a bit off, but it is what it is in a small town. The work pool is small along with the town.
Ate on a Satuday for lunch. Appetizer and all food was hot and good.
The food has never been cold for me and I have been there a lot. I do know that they have a hard time keeping up with anything when it is busy though so that may be your problem.
Never had a complaint!
I've never been served cold food.
We were there a couple months ago and the food was not great and some of it was cold. I wouldn't go back.
