I have made a decision never to book with Choice Hotels again. This is NOT the first time we've been disappointed with Quality Inn; however, this hotel takes the cake. The shower did NOT work, there was no clock, and the milk was sour at breakfast.

We reserved a king for myself my wife and our 9 y/o but when we got there they offered us 2 queen bed room for the same rate. Also breakfast wasn't terrible like at alot of chain hotels

As an avid Choice Hotels guest, I expected slightly better. It’s still a 2- or 3-star hotel, so manage your expectations. The staff was friendly, but not always helpful. (I found the language barrier especially difficult here.) The space is conveniently located near the interstate and 5-10 restaurants. Facility seems either old or just hasn’t been maintained as well as others. My primary issue was that all the mounted/wall lights were on timers you couldn’t avoid. This means approximately 5 minutes into a shower, all the lights turn off. If you don’t catch them fast enough with movement, they won’t come back on. Two of my three mornings included a shower almost entirely in the dark. When I approached the staff about the issue, he (kindly) said it was a corporate decision and I should consider moving a desk lamp into the bathroom. Otherwise, the parking lot and some aspects of the room were just ragged. (See pictures.)

We have stayed here before and was very happy with our visit. It is very easy to book online and the staff is very nice. Checking in and checking out is very easy. Parking lot is well lighted. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated there were more than 1 pillow per person! I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. There are many places to eat nearby. It is close to Frankfort where we needed to go and easy access to Indianapolis.
