Hit the drive thru for a quick meal! The lady at the drive thru was very friendly and even offered me a coupon for two free sliders! Shakes are to thick needs thinned with milk and straws are to flimsy to suck a shake with. All in all love this place!

Bread mushy and manager had a bad attitude while explaining, "For future reference, white castle burgers are supposed to have wet bread. Every restaurant should make them this way because this is the original and right way."

I am a truck driver and have not had white castle in years. I had time and went to stop in and all of the doors were locked!!! No signs saying anything about it being drive through only!!! Tryed calling qnd nobody answered phone!!! Come on!!!

It’s been probably 20 years since I’ve been to a white castle. Still delicious! Drive through m service was quick and easy
