I had just came from starbucks and I was very unhappy with what I was given through drive thru.. I had ordered 2 drinks a venti carmel ribbon crunch and venti vanilla bean frap with 4 affegato shots both drinks were disgusting and not wiped off at the window and got it all over me and the amount and they barely put any carmel crunch on top of it and the I didn't get all the shots that I ordered... I fell if I am paying 20 dollars for 2 drinks I shouldn't have to worry about getting it all over myself when they hand it to me....

Very frustrated! Went through the drive-through for a Venti iced coffee and egg bites. I was told at the window that I was given the Frappuccino lid because the other lids were not fitting tightly but this one was secure. Went to take one drink and I noticed the lid was loose so I tightened it weight went to take a second drink and spilled over half of the Venti coffee all over me and the car. Called Starbucks to let them know and all they said was “thank you”. No customer service.

This is my goto Starbucks. I have used the drive-thru, order ahead, and order inside. They, like many other places, had trouble staying fully-staffed during Covid and closed early many days. Now, they seem nearly back to normal. My current favorites are the Dragonfruit Drink w coconut milk and (one I made up) a doppio over extra ice in a grande cup, 2 pumps of brown sugar syrup, topped with vanilla cold foam. Try it!
