Does the copy center do notaries and can they print off a paper from my flash drive (Its a written request for my birth certificate of being born abroad)?

Yes, they can do both of those things there. They have a notary on staff but I'm not sure if he's there all the time so you may want to call first to make sure he'll be there when you plan to go.

Yes they have notary services.

They can definitely print a file from your flash drive. Not sure about the notary
