Epson Ink, priced like gold. Talk about price gouging ( must be "supply chain" no it's lack of employees, no it's Covid causing this) I digress, walked in to buy ink for my Epson printer and the prices gave me pause, as they seemed significantly higher than I had recalled. Went online and checked other stores, and what a difference. A single black standard refill at office Depot $23, other stores a 2 pack of the same refill $21, the xl size at OD $43.99, other stores $29.99, Multi pack at OD $64 other stores $53 Needless to say won't ever shop here again, and I have purchased quite of bit from this store for various items. But to be priced this much higher is inexcusable and simply wrong.

I have been an Office Depot customer for over 20 years when it used to be OfficeMax. I like its convenient location, excellent store brand of printer paper, best price I can find, product availability, I'm mobility impaired and they carry the box to my car for me, a rewards program, and quick personal service. The last time I visited the store (10-01-22) I was the only customer in the store, and I had to request assistance from the 2 busy-appearing employees. Neither one acknowledged my presence and said "I'll be right with you" as I stood near them patiently waiting. It felt very impolite. Normally I am greeted and offered assistance.
