I want to apply here but I was arrested over the weekend for a stupid argument I was having with another woman. Can I still get my license ?

I believe so. Call the school and ask for more info on that. I was just a student

@amanda Yes you can get your liscense. Its not up to the school to approve you or deny you. And for future reference its felony crimes that will get you denied by the state. Seeing an argument is only a misdemeanor you shall be just fine.

Its up to the state to determine whether you can get your license or not. You take the class and do your finger printing and send it out. Then the state will send you a letter stating why they did not accept you or they will just send you your license.
