Dont go to work at Winfield. Ita not a bad company but you will be stuck at a low paying site with no benefits or some high cost low coverage insurance. Go to a company like guardian or allied that pay their officers 18 to 25 to start, real options to advance and great benefits.
Like any security company, if the company requires an F02 then go take it. The test is very easy. Winfield Security is a great company. There are different pay rates & other great opportunities ahead at Winfield. You need to start somewhere. Get in & learn & prepare for your future by starting somewhere rather than nowhere..
You dont need it to work here but it helps to have either your f01 or f02 cause you have more opportunities where to work
