Yes! 1st time you go, U'll fill out a quick application-like form *TAKE UR LICENSE/ID! After ur 1st visit U don't have to fill anything out or show ur license/ID! All u'll need is the B.R.E.A.D., INC. Card they give u. U'll basically be identified by the # on ur card. It'll say either: Thursday ONLY Card or Tuesday ONLY Card That'll be the day of the week U can go! Only other thing on card is:

🔘 🔘 One 🔘 will be hole-punched. U can only get a Food Box the days of the month above the hole. U can still go every week! U always get drinks (Reg. & Dt. Sodas, Water, ect) 2 Snack Bags (full of chips/popcorn/ect) Theres always bread/salad/veggies/baby food/ect u can pick out if u want!
Yes, we do. When you come bring your ID and your list of income and expenses to fill out an application. Bring proof of address if it is different from your ID. After your first visit you receive a card that you show when you come in the future.
