Interlock was not installed correctly and I didn’t even make it home before it came disconnected and wouldn’t start. Today 3 months later some wires got wrapped around my steering column and had to have my vehicle towed to their Hickory shop. I had to pay for the tow, I will never go back to the Gastonia location.

You have to get it installed first then you go to the DMV and show them the paperwork that is the only way you will get your license back.
