You can make an appointment on the phone , but when you get there you still have to sign in until they call you.
Be prepared to wait at least an hour minimally on most days, but no appointment required
No appointment is necessary they do have a kiosk as touchscreen that you have to check in first but please make sure wherever you go in there for you have every single documentation because if you don't then they would tell you to come back when you have it
