If you want to dispute a bill is it the norm for Anna Robinson (billing manager) to not return your call for 6 months and now you want to send me to collections??

Sounds like her she is the worst billing manager they had plus watch out for all the other bills that don't have your ins info because she won't send that to them eather

I had a interview with Anna a few years ago and was not impressed with her at all. She was to busy being a busy body to do to much work. That is probably why you didn't get a return call for 6 months. The interview really made me feel uncomfortable and I made up my mind before I left the interview I wouldn't take the job if offered. I could tell right away she would be very hard to get along with and was nothing but a gossip magnet. I've had billing issues there myself and nobody cares. Shame on you Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital!
