And too if your kid is really that interested he will just learn over time just like all my kids. They never took any formal lessons. Even my 9 yo after 2 sessions ( usually 2 hours) he is very confident now he is gliding 6th sessions now.
There is an skating school in the rink, they have several teachers available, all very good trainers
