First time at this specific Lexus dealership & it was a great first impression. James was my service tech & he was instantly welcoming and responsive to all questions I had in regards to my issue. Can’t give 5 stars cause the wait time was way too long for what I went there for. They said the system was down though so it could’ve just been that. I love that they send videos of them servicing your car to show their honesty. I’ve never had a place do that before so they def have my trust. We’ll see how the next visit goes!

New car special orders are postponed at every Lexus dealer at this time. We have plenty of inventory to choose from and also have a wide selection incoming. Please contact us if you are looking for something specific and we will try to accommodate you.
We have implemented all CDC recommendations and practice social distancing throughout our departments. Here are a few of our COVID Safety Practices: • All of our customer-touch-point work stations have partisans in between our staff and guests. • Everyone is required to wear a face mask when entering our facility. • No Handshake Zone • We have a detailed cleaning schedule implemented throughout the day to sanitize our waiting lounge, cafe, showroom vehicles and all door handles/railings multiple times per day on top of our nightly sanitizing routine. • Masks and Gloves on all Valets and Technicians/ Plastic on customer seats/ Plastic sleeves for customer keys. • Complimentary Car Washes for service guests. • Sanitizers at every entrance door and employee desk. • Home Delivery and Pickup is offered • Virtual vehicle FaceTime walkarounds are available. • Service Department Technician/Vehicle videos are texted or emailed to each customer showing their vehicles needs.
