The most corrupt department in Long Island. Unbelievable what they get away with. One of there unmarked vehicles was following me at night time with there headlights lights off and then he lit me up and pulled me over. Nothing wrong with a traffic stop but extremely unsafe.

Major corruption which should be investigated. Police and legal entities in general should be implemented in order to maintain the law and not abuse power they have. This place is run like a shady business, where the beat cops are constantly out setting traps, sending people to court to make deals they have no option but to take! Someone please investigate this setup.

Horrible racist staff , do not deal with Gloria , she just acts dumb like everyone in that office , just pay it or act stupid so they don’t have to deal with you .... this place should be investigated, no justice here !!!

You should call during the day to find out about the time. U turn is two points but you may be able to get a reduction at the hearing.
If you plead guilty by mail you'd be taking full responsibility for points and penalty. If you go in you'd get a hearing and may be able to negotiate a reduction. Also check your summons again - doubtful it says 6 AM.
They'll give you the amount you owe at your hearing.
