What time does the park open?

Not sure if there is an official time. Last time I asked they told me "sunrise to sunset".

I've only been there once.. wish I could have been some help

I believe they close at 10pm they have lights in park for safety

Their tennis courts are open sunrise to 10:30pm during spring/summer time and sunrise to 9:00pm during winter, so park should be probably same hours.
