We have a unique and very large koi pond. The Pondscapes crew always do a great job of cleaning it out twice a year and our fish are thriving!

Pondscapes of Charlotte installed our pond and waterfall features in 2009. Since that time we have had Pondscapes perform an annual cleanout and inspection. We feel that this maintenance has kept our pond running smoothly for the last 13 years. We have so enjoyed the pleasure and relaxation we feel in our backyard "sanctuary" with the sound of the flowing water and the beauty of the pond as we watch it grow and change through the seasons. (Colorful irises, water lilies, graceful pontederia, our pond fish and the wildlife they attract; birds of all colors, frogs, bunnies, dragonflies and hummingbirds.) This year our cleanout was performed by Braedon and Evan. They did an excellent job of cleaning and grooming our pond and checking our overall pond and bio bog health and function. Leaving our yard better than they found it. We appreciate them sharing their knowledge and experience with us each year which helps us to keep the pond in tiptop condition and continually enjoyable. We highly recommend Pondscapes of Charlotte not only for pond installation and maintenance but also because of the kind and professional people that we have worked with in this company. Pondscapes “frogs” worked on our water feature and left it looking fantastic! The guys helped it drain better eliminating the loss of water and cleaning rocks which now look naturally bright. look The team took their time. Great job, Pondscapes is recommended!
