For me I agree, PSE&G is a good choice. I find them to be honest and know what they're doing. I've dealt with them on a few ocassions and they were always 100% honest.
Cheapest option would be to Google your local HVAC company and check reviews. They are usually cheaper than the big companies. However if you're in a jam and have the money, call Horizon. They have everything almost all the time, and work 24/7. Fair warning, you will pay for that speed and convenience though. Home Depot and Lowe's do offer HVAC services, but their focus is on new installs not servicing existing, and they use local contractors themselves, they don't actually have their own HVAC technicians.
