Did you ever go to a restaurant on there were no tables available? We have GPS tracking on all of our vehicles... if the dispatcher told you we didn't have anyone available it was on good evidence. Glad you got your ride and hope you're having a Happy Holiday...
Samuel, Thank you for your kind response. Kathu, In short, Samuel is correct. We like to serve guests as often as we can. However, there are times when the needs of customers do not line up with our supply. We often err on the side of setting expectations lower and may therefore turn away more customers than we would like. True sometimes their drivers are just so occupied that they dont have any available. Ive dealt with them and I know for the most part that all personnel at crown cab including the drivers are very professional and curteous. Sorry for your experience ma. Hopefully you dont experience such again. And I am positive crown cab is hiring more hands to make sure there is no more downtime.
