This company has ZERO customer-service qualities! Dispatcher was straight up RUDE (due to the short distance - 1.5 mi), told me I should walk (I’m disabled), stated I should call someone else, then hung up! Will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!!!

I ordered taxi, the night before online. I knew I needed ride to airport early next morning. Got confirmation email. No one showed up, tried to call no answer. As a stranded passenger trying to get home this added to my frustration. Advertised that they are 24/7 for airport, I wouldn't recommend their service!!!

The road highway I 85 was block for over ten mile Traffic and when I get to Exit 32 was closed

If you book your Taxi online You’ll never need to talk to any one and you would know how long and how far your taxi from your location. But because you want every one to stop working to get you cab as quick as you like will not happens every time. When you call cab wait to the cab come to you I am as Dispatcher I can not make the taxi come fast to you because we Follow the rules and regulation and the low of the land For operating Motor vehicle on the highway this is USA Not Salvador or Mexico
