Last night around 4:00p.m. we were in having a early dinner. I ordered the shrimp and lobster soup. It had no lobster and only 1 piece of shrimp. It was also cold. The baked potato was very cold and had no taste. My husband had the Rib-eye steak.

Never had an issue at LongHorn, they rectify everything if your not satisfied. Ive done Greece,Henrietta no problems.

I have never had a problem. They always ask if your food is ok and come back often to check. Actually,I was in the Henrietta store the night that the power died and they comped everyone that was seated .

I have had issues here as well, but talk to the management staff. They were very apologetic and quick to fix our issues, as well as compensate us for the bad experience

I also never experienced any issues w oh th the food but I know if you had mentioned it to the server it would have been handled because they have great customer service at longhorn

I've never had any problems there. I would have simply asked for something else. Their customer services is great.
