Every time I come here, which is 3-6 times a year, it is a 6-10 minute MINIMUM drive through experience, and those times are with 0-2 cars in front of me. Today i waited 7 minutes behind a single car. One car. When I was finally able to pull up to the intercom, i was immediately asked to wait. So I immediately drove off to McDonald’s. This was a Sunday evening at 7pm and there was literally 1 car ahead of me. If you have a half hour to spare, check out this drive through. The staff are unapologetic and the wait, consistently and constantly, makes me avoid this spot. I dislike writing negative reviews but for years now this spot makes me think before i pull up “do I have 15 minutes to sit with my engine running to get ok food due to management having a poorly run spot. This is not a one time affair. This is slower than cfa on ridge road which can have dozens of cars ahead of you. This spot needs a new owner and manager and needs to double the amount of competent employees. Avoid!

Super nice kid behind the counter today around 1pm. I had an odd request and he figured out a way to make it happen. Also, keep the strawberry summer salad on menu year round. It's so good.

This is the WORST Store , it takes forever to get your order and I had to wait 2-3 min. for someone to come to the inside reg. to place my order. The girl said it's a shift change at 5:20 pm I told her it's supper time change the shift's before 5:00. Their had to be 5-6 people laughing and taking behind the grill, if not more. I will NEVER be back to this Wendy's and I will be sending a letter to Corp. On top of this they gave me the wrong order which I put in the trash after trying to eat it.

I mobile ordered before walking to work, when I got there (5-10 mins later) They hadn't begun making my order yet (It wasn't busy, in fact I was the only customer inside when I arrived). Then a blonde-haired worker wearing a manager hat emerged from the back, sneezed into his hands/shirt and greeted me. He then began making my order, I waited for 20+ minutes for a big bacon cheddar burger meal. After I got back to work I noticed the order was wrong. Then I threw it in the trash and went to Wegman's to get a sub. (It's worth noting that I was planning on throwing it out regardless of whether or not it was right b/c I saw the worker sneeze into hands and make my food w/o washing). This used to be the nice Wendys...
