Is a child stroller seen as "extra baggage?" If so, what is the extra charge for that?

Xintensu,
There should be no extra charge for transportation of your stroller and the same applies to a car seat for your child. It is considered extra luggage with $0.oo fee but it still allows you to carry your regular luggage of 1 bag under the bus + 1 bag inside with you in addition to your babies items. You will probably have a diaper bag for your baby also. That diaper bag is also allowed inside the passenger compartment with you and your baby, free of charge. Simply bring it along with you and ask the ticketing agent for luggage tags for your babies stroller, diaper bag and car seat .
Enjoy your trip.
