I.purchase from Nelson Beef in Stuart and it is processed at Mitchell's. Theirs is grass-fed and wonderful!

Good morning! The meat we process here goes back to the farmers that bring it, so it would depend on the farmer that you purchase from. The beef that we sell in our store, Mitchell's Butchery, on main street is considered Pasture Raised. They are all raised on pasture, but their diet is supplemented with grain throughout the course of their lives for health and docility - creating a less stressed animal for a better eating exeprience.
