I was blessed enough to take a doe later on a Friday evening. My wife called Hilltop that night and they said bring the deer, don’t gut it, skin it or anything! I took it there and by the time Mark showed us his shop(which is incredibly clean) his helper had the deer gutted, skinned and in the cooler. By Saturday(the next day), we picked up the deer! It was vacuum sealed and well labeled and very economic! Thanks Mark for all your hard work! I am a customer for life!

I want to say its $1.50 per pound for processing. If you want meatloaf, sausage, summer sausage or something else that requires seasoning it costs extra. They will also add pork or beef fat to the burger if you would like.

They prefer for the deer to be as killed with no cleaning or gutting done. It's $25 bucks extra for that but he may reject it and decline to process if its not clean to his liking.
