I want to say its $1.50 per pound for processing. If you want meatloaf, sausage, summer sausage or something else that requires seasoning it costs extra. They will also add pork or beef fat to the burger if you would like.
To skin it cost the same to gut so if you bring in a field dressed deer its I think 28$ and to bring in one with guts in is still just 28$ butcher and all averages 80 to 90 per deer depending on what cuts you get.
